We strive to deliver products purchased from Berry's Intimatess in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. 

Shipping charges

Berry’s Intimatess offers discounted shipping within India on all products purchased on its website.

Delivery Time

The delivery time varies from cities to cities. Typically it takes 4-7 business days. If you wish to opt for express delivery then the order has to be prepaid. We charge INR 250 extra for express shipping & it's available in only metro cities. Please DM for express shipping

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will do everything possible to have your order delivered to you on time. In case we miss or you wish to know the exact delivery time for your order, we suggest you email to our customer care by simply clicking here or writing to us on info@berrysintimatess.com

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once the order is placed, we will ship your order through one of our most trusted and reputed Delivery Service Partners. After your order has been shipped, you will get an email and an SMS informing you the details of the Delivery Service Partner and AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, you will also receive estimated delivery dates via SMS and email.

Delivery Attempt

For all our orders, our Delivery Service Partner will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. After this it may be re-dispatched as per your request.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) Order, the Delivery Service Partner will normally call before making delivery attempt. If you are not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, two more attempts are made automatically and after that product is returned to our warehouse.

Incomplete Delivery

There might be instances when you may receive only a part of your order. Reasons why you would have partially received the order are:

  1. We shipped out your order in two different shipments. One of the items may still be in transit.
  2. The stock for the remaining items were not available.

Delivery Address

You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it. To check your order status you need to email to our customer care by simply clicking here or writing to us at info@berrysintimatess.com.

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

We can only deliver to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

International Shipping

At this point, Berry’s Intimatess delivers products only within India. You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India.

Damages

We apologise for this, however, in the rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective or a different product from what you had ordered, please notify us immediately by connecting with our customer care by simply clicking here or writing to us at support info@berrysintimatess.com. You can exchange products purchased from Berry’s Intimatess within 2 days of receiving the product.
